Adding a Notification Log

To add a notification log, complete the following steps:

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The following screen will appear:

    Request Notif

  2. List the agency, contact data, and notification purpose in the corresponding fields.

    Note: The Initiated By and Date fields are automatically populated with the user's login ID and the date and time according to your work station.

  3. Click to save the record
  4. Click to escape Add Mode.
  5. Click to close the window.

Viewing, Editing, or Deleting a Log

To view, edit, or delete a log, Right-click on it and select either View Record, Edit Record or Delete.
