Add Part Warranty to Vehicle

This tools appears when a Fleet record is attached to the work order as an asset and your right-click on a Material resource. This option takes warranty information for the Material's Warranty Distance and Warranty Vendor Code fields and creates a Warranty record for the Fleet record.

How to Add a Part Warranty to Vehicle

1. Right-click on a material in a fleet work order.
2. Select Add Part Warranty to Vehicle.
3. A new warranty record will open and several fields will be filled out automatically based on the work order, material, and fleet vehicle.
4. Save the Warranty record.
