The header fields in the Controllers module contain general information used to identify each controller. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.
Site Rec # |
Displays the system-defined, unique identifier for the site associated with the controller. Click the field caption or press F9 for a list of sites. |
Site Alt ID |
Indicates the user-defined, unique identifier for the site associated with the controller. The system completes this field automatically when the user enters the Site Rec #. |
Site Name |
Specifies the name of the site. The system completes this field automatically when the user enters the Site Rec #. |
Irr Valve Rec # |
Displays the system-defined, unique identifier for the controller. |
Alt Valve ID * |
Indicates the user-defined, unique identifier for the controller. |
Description |
Provides the user defined name/description for the controller. |
Type |
Denotes the type of controller that the record represents. |
Status |
Indicates the current status of the controller. Any value greater than 950 is considered to be out of service. Work Orders cannot be created manually or by PMs for assets that are out of service. |
