The header fields in the Sewer Sampling module contain general information used to identify each sample. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Sample Date |
Indicates the date that the sample was taken. |
Sample Rec # |
Stores the system-defined ID for the sample. |
Discharge Rec # |
Stores the system-defined ID for a linked Illicit Discharge record. Click the field caption button or press F9 for list of Illicit Discharge records. |
Illicit Disch Track # |
Displays the user-defined, unique identifier for the linked Illicit Discharge record. The system automatically completes this field when the user identifies the Discharge Rec #. |
