Roadway/Recommendations

The Roadway/Recommendations tab tracks the condition of the roadway around the culvert. Comment fields enable users to provide detailed observations.

The bottom of the tab contains a grid in which users may make recommendations for repairing the structure. Recommendations can be added during the inspection or after reviewing the inspection.

A sample of the Recommendations grid appears below.

• Right-click in the grid to add a record.
• Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record.
• Double-click on an existing record to open it.
• Reorder arrows appear at the bottom of the grid. Select an item in the grid and use the arrows to change its position in the checklist.

How To Add a Recommendation

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following pop-up appears:

   

2. Enter the Recommendation.
3. Save and close the record.
