The System Valve Inspections header contains general information to identify each system valve inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Sys Valve Rec # |
Displays the system record number for the valve record. This field is automatically completed when the Valve Number is filled out. |
Valve Number ** |
Identifies the valve being inspected. Click the field caption button or click in the field and push F9 for a pop-up list of valves. |
Most Recent Inspection |
Indicates whether the selected record represents the most recent inspection. The system automatically checks this field if it is the most recent inspection. When a newer inspection is created, the system unchecks this field on previous inspections. |
Date Inspected ** |
Identifies the date on which the inspection was performed. |
