PACP Tab

The PACP tab displays summary information about the most recent PACP Inspections and provides a historical listing of all PACP inspections for the sewer pipe.

Two sections at the top of the tab display data from the most recent upstream to downstream and downstream to upstream PACP inspections. These results are based on ratings analyses and occurrence calculations performed by the system. Ratings are derived from individual Observations recorded during the most recent PACP inspection. For more on how these ratings are calculated, see the Grading System Code Matrix Example.

The grid at the bottom of the tab lists all PACP inspections for the pipe. The records in this grid come from the Storm PACP Inspection module.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

How To Add an Inspection Record

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The Storm PACP Inspection module opens and displays a new record.
  2. Enter the Inspected Date, and Survey Direction. These items are required, and the combination of the two must be unique. The US Structure, DS Structure, and Alt Conduit ID are also required; however, the system automatically completes these fields when records are added using this method.
  3. Fill out any other desired fields.
  4. Save and close. The PACP Inspection record now appears in the Inspection Grid.

Note: The links on this page currently link to the Sewer PACP Inspection module. This module is nearly identical to the Storm PACP Inspection module.
