This tab allows gives some control over how recipients receive email notifications and who the sender is. This allows control over the level of information given out.
Considerations
Do I care if the recipients can see each others email addresses?
Do I want the recipient to know the specific person who triggered the notification, or should it come from a general address?
CC Recipients
If CC Recipients is checked: all of the recipients will be cc’d on the email, and therefore will receive one email with all recipients on it.
If CC Recipients is not checked: Each recipient will receive a separate email, addressed to them individually.

This is a feature that will be added in the future and is currently disabled.
Sender Email Setup
This option controls what email address is used to send the notifications
System Default or left blank – the sender will use the system default set by The system admin.
For Access users this is in Program Options.
For SQL Server and Oracle users this is in the Lucity Administration Tools.
Current user – The program will lookup the current user's login in the Work > Work Flow Setup > Employee module (based on the Login ID field).
If the employee is found, and an email address is on the Contact Info tab, the employee’s email will be used as the sender. If the employee Login ID cannot be found or there is no email address, the default will be used.
Specified Address – will enable the Sender Email Address control and the email address there will be used for the sender address.
