At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Type |
Use this code-description field to identify the type of meter in the record. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the meter was installed. |
Model |
This text field allows you to identify the manufacturer's model name or number for the meter. |
