At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Conduit Number |
This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the conduit. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the conduit was installed. |
Type |
Use this code-description field to identify the type of conduit in the record. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the conduit's active status. |
From and To UG Struc Number |
These fields allow you to associate existing Underground Structures with your conduit to identify the beginning and ending points. Conductors and cables housed within the conduit are typically accessed through these structures (such as manholes). To access the pick lists, click on the field caption buttons or press F9. |
Note: The Conduit Number is required in order to save the record.
