This tab allows users to track internal and external funding sources along with any project expenditures. Three grids are provided: Internal Funding or Revenue Sources, External Grant Sources, and Expenditures. The amount of funding recorded in both the Internal Revenue Sources and External Grant Sources grids are summed to provide the Total Revenue amount displayed in the read-only field at the top of the tab. The Expenditures grid totals are also summed by the system and displayed in the Total Expenditure field at the top of the tab. Follow the links below for additional information on tracking funding and expenditures.
Sort records in the grids by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order.
