PACP Tab

The PACP tab provides an overview of the most recent PACP (Pipeline Assessment & Certification Program) inspections and a list of all PACP inspections for the sewer pipe.  The records in this grid come from the PACP Inspection module.

At the top of the tab are two sections: one that displays data from the most recent upstream to downstream PACP inspection, and one that displays dat from the and latest downstream to upstream PACP inspection. These results are based on automatic ratings and occurrence calculations performed by the system. They are obtained from individual observations recorded in the most recent PACP inspection. To learn how these ratings are calculated, see the Grading System Code Matrix Example.

A grid at the bottom of the PACP tab lists all PACP inspections for the pipe.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The PACP Inspection module will open with a new record.
  2. Fill out the Inspected Date and the Survey Direction. These fields are required, and the combination of the two must be unique. The US Structure, DS Structure, and Alt Pipe ID fields are also required; however, they are completed automatically when a record is added using this method.
  3. Complete any other desired fields.
  4. Save and close.
  5. The PACP Inspection record will appear in the Inspection Grid.
