The MACP -Manhole Inspections header fields contain general information used to identify, describe, and locate each MACP Inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

The date the MACP inspection took place. |

The system-generated ID for the inspection record. |
Most Recent Inspection |
Indicates whether the selected inspection record represents the most recent inspection for the selected Network Structure. The system uses the Inspected Date field to make this determination. |
