Enforcement Grid

The Enforcement Grid allows you to record the contact information for any individuals or businesses responsible for the illicit discharge and party to any enforcement actions. This could include owners of the property from which the illicit discharge was initiated. Each enforcement record can have linked documents.

To add a record to the grid, complete the following steps:

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:

  2. Type the individual or business name, address, phone, and fax information in the fields provided.
  3. The date and time recorded will be entered automatically by the system when the record is saved.
  4. Click to save the record.
  5. Click to escape Add Mode.
  6. Click to close the window.
