Toolkit Function

The Replication Budget feature duplicates data from a previous budget and uses it to create a new budget. More specifically, this feature copies all budget details on the Attributes tab, all data from the Annual Budget Details tab, and carries over all Rehab Techniques included in the Active Rehab Techniques tab. This allows you to easily create a new budget records without having to reenter all of the data.

To access this feature, complete the following steps:

  1. Create a new Budget record. You'll need to include the Budget Header Data and the Initial Budget Date.
  2. Click to save your newly created budget.
  3. Click the Toolkit button to access the Toolkit dialog.

  4. Highlight the Replicate Budget option and click Execute. The following window will appear:

  5. Enter a Budget Code in the Copy from Budget field. This will be the number from the Budget Header for the record you wish to duplicate.
  6. The Budget details will be filled into your newly created record.
