There are additional functions in the Daily Inspection grid. Here, you can Right-click to create a copy of the inspection record. This function will prompt you for a new inspection date and will populate the new record with data from the currently highlighted record. This data includes the Work Order #, Employee, Contractor, Weather, Master Project ID, and Project ID. This is useful for inspection records that have much of the same default data. This speeds data entry.
