The work flow setup modules give you the ability to set up pre-configured work information that can be used over and over again when creating work orders, requests, etc... The Lucity Work system is designed around work categories. Each other work flow setup record is assigned to a category. When a work order is created and a category is selected all of the other lists of work flow setup items are narrowed down to the items that are related to the selected Category.
