The Attributes tab fields store installation, owner, notification, and general inspection information about the service tap. This includes the type of service tap in the record (i.e. residential, commercial), the installation date, inspection date, and pressure zone in which the tap is located.
In addition, there are two Special Notification fields included on this tab. The Notify checkbox signifies that special notification is required prior to shutting off service. This includes instances where the tap is servicing a critical business, medical facility, etc.
