At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Alt Pole ID |
This field allows you to create a unique, user-defined identifier. |
Pole Type |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to document the type of pole in this record (i.e. telespar, sign post, light pole). |
Note: The Alternate Pole ID is used by the GIS system. If your system is linked to GIS, you must populate this field.
