The Advanced Options tab is where you choose the default customer "Thank You" email and the default request completion email that will be automatically sent to clients. These emails are created in the Work Flow Setup Notifications module. The thank you email is sent upon saving a new request, and the completion email is sent upon closing a request. For more information on customer emails, see the Customer Notifications section.
