This tab contains a large text field for you to enter additional notes. While in Add or Edit mode, place your cursor in the grid and begin typing. This field has copy/paste abilities, carriage returns <Ctrl + Enter>, and a spell checker that when turned on will underline misspelled words as you type.
Any comments entered in this grid will be carried over to the Work Request module. In the Work Request module, these comments can be accessed by pressing F6 in the Problem field. You will then see a popup window with the comment information.
