The header fields in the Recycled Water Main Breaks module contain general information to identify each break in a recycled water main. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Indicates the system generated, unique identifier for the Main Break record. |
Break Number * |
Indicates the user-defined, unique identifier for the Main Break record. |
Pipe Number |
Identifies the pipe associated with the break. Click the caption button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of pipes from the Recycled Water Pipe Inventory. |
Date Reported Date Repaired |
Record the day the breakage was reported and the day it was repaired. |
Address |
Specify the location of the breakage. The location can consist of a building number and street name. When Street Name Validation is enabled, users may only enter Street Names already established in the current Street Name List. |
