Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module provides the following functions:

Function	Result
Calculate Total Amount Encumbered and Paid	Recalculates the Encumbered and Paid fields on all Project Contract records.

How to Run a toolkit function

Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
From the Toolkit window select a toolkit function and click .
Calculate Total Amount Encumbered and Paid - The calculation will automatically be completed, and all records updated.
