General Tab

The General tab stores location and contact information for the receiving station. General information appears at the top of the tab; a contacts grid appears at the bottom.

Contacts Grid

The Contacts grid contains enables users to identify contacts at the receiving station.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

• Right-click in the grid to add a record.
• Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
• Double-click on an existing record to open it.

How To Add a Contact Record

1. Right-click in the Contacts grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:

   

2. Enter the Name (required). The name must be unique for this receiving station.
3. Enter any other desired information.
4. Save and close the record. The contact is then added to the grid.
