You must use the ODBC (RDO) connection when creating custom reports. In Crystal Reports XI this can be achieved by selecting “Create New Connection” and “ODBC (RDO)”. Then you will be asked to select a datasource. These datasources are automatically created for you by the Lucity install.
Important: All reports (Microsoft Access included) must be created using this method.
