At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Tree Number |
This field allows you to specify which tree is being inspected. The tree must already exist in the Tree Inventory module. Press F9 or click the field caption button for a list of available trees. |
Alt Tree ID |
Upon selecting a tree number, this field is automatically populated with the corresponding information from the Tree Inventory record. |
Inspection Date |
This field allows you to enter the date the inspection took place. Press the space bar to populate this field with the current date (i.e. the date on your system clock), or use the drop-down menu to select a date. |
Inspected By |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the name of the employee or crew that performed the inspection. |
Note: The Tree Number and Inspection Date are required in order to save the record.
