Status Tab

The Status grid allows you to document the current status of the Pump. It also houses a list of all historical status changes for the Pump. When you add a new Status record to this grid, the system will automatically update the Status field on the Attributes tab. Similarly, anytime you change or designate the Status on the Attributes tab, the system will automatically add a new Status record to this grid.

Adding a Status Record

To add a status record to this grid, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear.

   

2. Enter the date and time in the corresponding fields. These are required fields.
3. Select a status from the pick list.
4. Enter the reason in the grid.

   Note: the Last Modified By and Last Modified Date fields are automatically populated.

5. Click to save the record.
6. Click to close the window.

Editing or Viewing a Status Record

You can edit or view an existing status record by Right-clicking on the record and selecting Edit Record or Add Record.
