The Attributes tab allows users to document the spillways, basin type and function, as well as physical characteristics of the detention basin. This includes the materials that compose the bottom side, and liner of the basin. They can indicate the type of spillway used as the principle discharge device as well as the type of spillway used as the emergency discharge device. It also stores the owner, and maintenance information.
Linking Fields
Plant ID |
Links the Detention Basin Inventory record to a record in the Plant Inventory. The record is actually linked to a Plant Process record but this field must be filled out before the Process field. Click on the field name or press F9 within a field for a list of vehicles. |
Process |
Links the Detention Basin Inventory record to a record in the Plant Process Inventory. The Plant ID field must be filled out before this field can be. Click on the field name or press F9 within a field for a list of vehicles. |
At the bottom of the tab are some tools to track cleaning.
Cleaning Fields
Last Cleaning Date |
Users enter the date that the asset was last cleaned. This is used to calculate the Next Cleaning Date. |
Cleaning Freq |
Enter a number for how often the asset should be cleaned. The amount of time this number represents is controlled by the Cleaning Freq Units. |
Cleaning Freq Units |
The amount of time represented by the number in the Cleaning Frequency. (ie: Weeks, Months, etc...) Click the field caption button or press F9 for the pick-list. |
Next Cleaning Date |
Users can enter the next date that the asset should be cleaned. If the Last Cleaning Date, Cleaning Freq, and Cleaning Freq Units fields are filled out, this will auto-calculate. |
