Sump Records

The sump records store information about the type of sump and it's standard conditions.

Field Name

Definition

Sump Pit Type

Specifies the type of sump pit being observed.

Sump Pit Sealed

Indicates whether the sump pit is sealed or unsealed.

Sump Pit Condition

Describes the condition of the sump pit (i.e., dry, wet, or active water).

Drains Laundry

Drains Basement

Indicates whether the sump pit drains the laundry area or basement floor.              

Foundation Conn

Indicates whether the foundation drains are connected.

Sump Pit Drain

Pump Exists

Diverter Valve

Notes whether a drain, diverter valve, and/or pump exists in the sump pit.

Discharge Point

Identifies the pump's discharge point. This could be a sanitary sewer, outside, sump drain, etc. Click the field caption or press F9 within the field to view a pick list.

Sump Status

Shows the status of the sump based on the values entered in the following fields: Sump Pit Type, Sump Pit Sealed, Discharge Point, Sump Pit Drain, Diverter Valve, and Sump Pit Sealed.  This field is automatically calculated by the system.

Flow Rate (gpm)

Calculates and displays the flow rate (gpm) based on the data in the following fields: Sump Pit Type, Sump Pit Sealed, Discharge Point, Sump Pit Drain, and the Diverter Valve.

% I/I Removed

Indicates the percent of infiltration and inflow that was removed due to the rehabilitation.

Remaining GPM

Calculates and displays the remaining GPM based on the percent of I/I removed and the total GPM.
