General 2 Tab

The General 2 tab fields document inspection information, including the inspection date, various inspection results, and cleanup and treatment measures. In addition, this tab contains a Service Laterals Material grid that allows users to track the quantity and type of materials used to construct the pipe.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

• Double-click on an existing record to open it.
• Right-click in the grid to add a record.
• Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.

How to Add Serve Lateral Materials

1. Right-click in the table and select Add Record. The following window will appear:

   

2. Enter the material Size (in) and Item type (required).
3. Enter the necessary data in the corresponding fields.
4. Save and Close the Record.
