The first attribute tab records general street light inspection information. A sample of this tab is shown above. Here, you can record date, action, crew, and a future date for the next inspection. Additionally, there are fields in which condition codes are recorded. These fields track and quantify data about specific aspects of the street light. The Overall Condition code and Action dates are carried over automatically to the companion Street Light Inventory record.
