This tab allows you to record general information about your bridge inspections. Here, you can record the inspection date and crew name as well as other inspection, condition, and appraisal information. The numbered fields in this tab correspond to codes in the Federal Highway Administration's guide. The data you enter in these fields should follow the code format defined in the Federal Highway Administration's guide. This information includes inspection month, year, and frequency; condition of the deck, superstructure, substructure, channel and channel protection, and culverts; inspection of critical features including fracture details and underwater aspects of the bridge; and appraisal of the structure, deck, under clearance, waterway, approach, and traffic safety devices.
