At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Street Light Number |
This field allows you to associate your inspection record with an existing Street Light record. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. |
Inspection Date |
These fields allow you to record the date and time the inspection took place. |
Inspection By |
This field allows you to record the name of the individual who performed the inspection. |
Action |
Use this pick-list to indicate the type of Action taken at this inspection. Potential Actions could include Routine Inspection, Maintenance, etc. |
Overall Condition |
Use this pick-list to assess the overall condition of the electric device. |
Next Action Date |
This field allows you to record the date on which the next inspection is due. |
Most Recent Insp |
The system will automatically mark this checkbox if it is the most recent inspection for this particular electric asset. The system will use the Inspection Date to make this determination. |
Note: The Street Light Number and Inspection Date fields are required and must be unique in order to save the record.
