The Location/Associations/Construction tab allows you to track four types of data about the voltage regulator location:
The Voltage Regulator Unit History grid allows you to view all Voltage Regulator Units that have been historically located in this Voltage Regulator Location. Voltage Regulator Units can be installed in a location and then removed at a later date. The read-only Volt Reg Number field above the grid automatically displays the currently associated Voltage Regulator Unit record. When a unit is removed from the location and no other unit is installed, the field will remain blank.
The Associations grid allows you to associate additional Electric inventory assets with the record. For details on adding associated assets, consult the Associations Grid topic.
The Location fields allow you to record the asset's street and general location, along with mapping information. You can include the map page number, drawing #, zip code, and city.
You can use the additional fields on this tab to associate your Voltage Regulator Location with other existing inventory assets. Click on the field caption buttons or press F9 to access the pick lists. Available inventory selections include:
