At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the primary overhead line segment. |
Name |
This field allows you to include a user-defined line segment name. |
From and To End Type |
These fields allow you to select the types of electrical structures found at the from and to ends of the line segment. Types include electrical structures, stations, etc. |
From and To End |
These fields allow you to link your overhead line segment to existing inventory records in order to designate the exact electrical structures at the from and to ends. To access the pick lists, click on the field caption buttons or press F9. Note that the categories of assets available for selection will be limited by the types selected in the From and To End Type fields. |
Type |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the type of overhead line segment in the record. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the line segment's active status. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the line segment was installed. |
Note: The Prime OHLS Number is required in order to save the record.
