At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. |
Joint Use Number |
This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the attachment. |
Support Struc Number |
This field allows you to link your attachment to an existing Support Structure Inventory record. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the attachment's active status. |
Type |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the type of attachment in the record, such as CATV systems (Community Antenna Television). |
Attachment Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the joint use conductor or cabling was attached. |
Note |
This large text field allows you to record additional notes about the attachment. |
Note: The Joint Use Number is required in order to save the record.
