At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. |
Station Number |
This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the electric station. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the station's active status. |
Location |
This large text field allows you to describe the general location of the station. |
Station Name |
This text field allows you to include a user-defined station name. |
Type |
Use this code-description field to identify the type of station in the record. Sample types include distribution and transmission substations. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the station was installed. |
Note: The Station Number is required in order to save the record.
