At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Pump Station ID |
In this required field, you must select a Pump Station Number from the Pump Station Inventory module. |
Reading Date |
In this required field, you must enter a unique date on which the reading took place. |
Reading Value |
Use this field to indicate the pump station reading observed. |
Unique ID |
User-defined, alphanumeric value to identify the reading record. |
Employee |
Use this field to indicate the name of the employee who performed the reading. |
Purpose |
Use this field to indicate the purpose of the reading (i.e. routine reading, maintenance). |
Note: In order to save the record, the Station Number and Date/Time combination must be unique. Both fields are required.
