At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Pump Number |
In this field, you must select a Pump Number from the Pump Inventory modules. The pumps available for selection will be limited to those in one of the three water networks (Water Distribution, Recycled Water, or Raw Water), based on the module you selected from the the desktop application main menu. |
Employee |
This field is optional and allows you to enter the name of the employee who performed the pump reading. This field may be modified by your system administrator to better fit your management needs. |
Reading Rec # |
This is a database generated number that uniquely identifies the Pump Reading record. |
Note: In order to save the record, the Pump Number field must be filled in.
