The Toolkit in this module contains two options with unique functions: Change Owner Info for Filtered Records and Change Site Supervisor Info for Filtered Records. To use these Toolkit item, complete the following steps:
Click the Toolkit icon at the top of the module toolbar. You'll see this window:
Highlight Change Owner Info for Filtered Records or Change Site Supervisor Info for Filtered Records and click Execute. A window similar to the following will appear:
The current contact information will appear. This runs against the filtered set of records and references the Owner Property ID or Location Property ID, depending on which toolkit option you select.
Enter the New Contact information in the field provided. This will change the Owner Property ID or Location Property ID.
If there are multiple contacts possible for that Property ID, you will be provided with a list of possible contacts.
If you would like to change the contact information on the Location tab, check the Update Location field.
This will also update the Business Name of the Location.
Click OK to accept your changes.
This will change each Water Site record (address and contact information) from its current information to information that matches the new Contact's Property ID.
