Storm Sampling Tab

This tab contains fields used to track Storm Sampling Data. All of these fields will be carried over to the corresponding Storm Sampling module.

Outfall Location	Text field to describe the location of the outfall structure.
Tracking No	Identification number assigned to the outfall structure.
Outfall Type	The type of outfall, whether single, double, or triple.
Illicit Type	The type of illicit discharge observed.
Illicit Status	The elimination status of the outfall discharge.
Reason	The reason for the outfall structure.
Regulatory Type	Type of regulation governing the outfall structure (i.e. municipal, federal, environmental agency).

In addition, this tab contains a Sampling grid. This grid lists all sampling results for the structure.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it

How To Add a Sampling Record

Right-click in the Sampling grid and select Add Record. The Storm Sampling module will open to a new record.
Fill out the Sample Date. This is required. The Structure # is required too, but when adding a record this way it is automatically filled.
Fill out any other desired fields. Any of the fields that are filled out on the Storm Sampling tab will be carried over to the sampling record automatically.
Save and Close
The sampling record will appear in the Sampling grid.
