Timing Tab

This tab contains tables for all of the Phase Timing records and Option Data.  Additionally, there are a series of check- boxes to indicate Dual Entry, Condition Service, Pedestrian Clear Protect, Backup Group 1 & 2, and Simulate Gap Group 1 & 2.  The Phase Timing and Option Data tables are described below.
