This tab contains a grid tracking all keys assigned to the employee. A sample of the grid appears below. You can sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.
To issue keys to an employee, complete the following steps:
Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:
Enter a unique, user-defined Blind Code. Note: This is required in order to save the record.
Select a Hook Number from the pick list. This links the personnel record to an individual Key Hook record. By selecting a Hook Number, this will update the Key Hook module with this employee's information and adjust the key inventory amounts.
Note: This is required in order to save the record.
Enter the Issued Date and time, Due Date and time, Returned Date and time, Status, and Status Date and time.
Click to save the record.
Click to exit Add Mode.
Click to close the window.
You can then use the functions in the grid to view, edit, or delete existing records.
