Furnishings Header Data

At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Field Name

Definition

Furn Record #

This field is automatically populated with a database generated number that uniquely identifies each furnishing.

Furn ID

This is a required, alphanumeric field that allows you to enter your own unique identifier for the furnishing. If you agency does not use unique identifiers, you can use the F5 function to auto-populate this field with the same value as in the Furn Record No. field.

Room Rec #

This field allows you to specify which room (from the Rooms module) the furniture resides in.

Room ID

When the Room Rec No. is chosen in the field above, this field is automatically populated by the system with the corresponding Room ID from the Rooms record.

Status

This code-description field allows you to indicate the status of the furnishing (i.e. in-use, broken, replaced).

Status Date

This field allows you to indicate the date and time of the most recent status change.
