At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field is automatically entered by the system. This number uniquely identifies each floor. |
Floor ID |
This is a required, alphanumeric field that allows you to enter your own unique identifier for the floor. If your agency does not use unique identifiers, you can use the F5 function to automatically populate this field with same value as in the Floor Record No. field. |
Floor ID Text |
This field allows you to enter a brief description of the floor. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the structure's active status. |
