Valuations Grid

The Valuations grid allows you to document appraisal information about the building.  To add a valuation record, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The Valuation module will open allowing you to add a record.
2. Save the record when you are finished entering data.  The valuation will now be listed in the grid.

   Note: The valuation record number, entity type, and asset code will be auto-populated in the Valuation record. For additional information on the Valuation module, please refer to the Valuation help guide.
