The first attribute tab records general asset inspection information. In this tab, you can record date and crew information as well as a future date for the next inspection. Additionally, there are multiple fields in which condition codes are recorded. Some of these fields are user-defined, and allow you to create your own caption and evaluation codes. In the other fields, you can create your own codes or choose from a "pick list". These fields are used to assess the physical and structural condition of the asset's various attributes.
Note: In order to save your changes to this record, the Inspection Date field must be filled in.
