At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to document the permit number for a water supply source. |
Pnt of Withdrawal |
This text field allows you to describe the water source point of withdrawal (i.e. east end of lake). |
Source ID |
This pick list field allows you to select the source ID number from the Water Distribution Water Supply Source module. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. |
Source Name |
Upon selecting the Source ID, this field will be automatically populated with the corresponding information. |
Source Type |
This code-description field allows you to indicate the type of water source (i.e. surface, aquifer). |
Date Granted |
Use this date field to indicate the date the water right was granted. |
Max Rt Withdrawal |
Use this numeric field to indicate the maximum rate of withdrawal granted for the water right. |
Max Vol/Year |
Use this numeric field to indicate the maximum volume per year granted with the water right. |
Note: In order to save your changes to the record, the Application Number field must be filled in.
