The Attributes tab allows you to document the number of structures within the Benefit District, the number of platted lots and un-planted areas that the Benefit District comprises, the portion of platted lots for the Benefit District, and a property description for the entire Benefit District. You can also record the total project cost for the entire Benefit District and the percentage of that cost paid by the Water Department and by the Benefit District.
