At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. |

These fields allow you to enter the first and last name of the tester. |
Date Active Date Inactive |
Upon populating the Date Active field, the Date Inactive field will be auto-calculated. This calculation is based on the default values setup for the BFP Tester Inactive Date Frequency and Frequency Units options in Water Options. |
Note: The Certification # and last name field are required in order to save the record.
